What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if cancellation takes place more than 24 hours out from your appointment. If it’s less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, we require a $25 fee.

What if it rains the day of my appointment?

If it is raining where we’ll be detailing your vehicle, we will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment.

Can you come to my office?

Yes! Simply leave the address where you’d like your vehicle to be detailed when you book your appointment.
